Stylish Red, White and Blue Fashion Your Kids’ Can Wear On (And After) The 4th Of July.
Despite the fact that I am a born‐and‐bred Brit, I have been a proud American citizen for over 10 years, and the 4th of July has easily become one of my favorite holidays. The parades, BBQs, fireworks and overall feeling of pride, family tradition and celebration just can’t be beat (even by a Royal Wedding).
And who doesn’t love to get all festive in red, white and blue (hello, photo ops!)? But when searching for fun fashions for my kids to wear, I try to avoid them looking like a walking, talking parade float. I mean, I’ve got nothing against a good bedazzler, I’d just rather not throw my money away on an outfit that will only be worn once. Ya with me friends?
Instead, we’ve pulled together some super cute, tasteful outfit ideas to celebrate July 4th in style, using pieces that can then be incorporated into your child’s everyday wardrobe for the rest of the summer. No bling‐ed out flag tees in sight.
First up, Independence Day fashions for our lovely little ladies (for boys’, you’ll have to do a bit of scrollin’):
