Air Fryer Cheesesteak Quesadilla

Air Fryer Quesadillas are a super easy weeknight meal or quick lunch that the whole family can enjoy. We’ve amped them up by adding cheese steak ingredients and flavors – they’re insanely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 16 oz Deli Roast Beef cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp “Dijonnaise” 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard + 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, mixed together
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Medium Onion sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper julienned
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Optional Toppings:
  • Cilantro chopped for garnish
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Lime Wedges
  • Salsa

Method
 

  1. Drizzle olive oil into a skillet and heat to medium heat. Cook peppers and onions until translucent.

  2. Spread 1 tbsp Dijonnaise on each tortilla. Place tortilla onto air fryer basket.
  3. Layer 4 oz roast beef, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese and ¼ of the veggies onto the tortilla. Carefully fold tortilla in half to create a half moon shape.

  4. Air fry for 4 minutes per side at 350F.

Notes

Eat immediately or store leftover quesadillas in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
