No-Bake Gingerbread Cranberry Protein Balls
This easy protein ball recipe requires no baking, is bursting with ginger and cinnamon flavor, and will give you and your kids the energy to get through the holiday craziness!
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
- ½ cup nut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup craisins chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Scoop out approximately 18 balls with a small ice cream scooper. Roll balls between your hands for even sizing.
Place balls on a plate or cookie sheet and freeze for 10 minutes before serving (if eating immediately). Otherwise, place in an airtight container and store in the freezer. Thaw for 5 minutes before serving.
